Obituary
Brittany Elizabeth Mancini , 23 of Beallsville died Friday February 22, 2018 in the Washington Hospital. She was born in Washington on November 17, 1994 a daughter of Samuel Mancini and Joey Lynn Durbin Mancini. She was a 2013 graduate of McGuffey High School where she attended Vo Tech for Cosmetology. Brittany worked at Gabe's in Washington and most recently at CVS in Richeyville. On November 19, 2017 she gave birth to Bentley Michael Sakel, three days later she went in for open heart surgery while her baby was transferred to Children's hospital NICU. After this long battle Brittany succumbed to leaving her son Bentley, the love of her life Ben Sakel of whom she was so very proud of his concrete work. Mother Joey Lynn Durbin-Mancini, grandmother Elizabeth Reese, Bentley's Bubby and Poppy (George and Sharen Sakel) , brother Samuel Mancini, aunts Donna Siber and Anita Hixson, as well as many aunts, uncles, extended family, and her dog Oreo. Preceding her in death are her father Samuel Paul Mancini, grandparents Samuel and Dorothy Stoskel Mancini, and a cousin Marc Hixson. Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington, PA 15301 where funeral services will be held Wednesday February 28, 2018 at 11:00a.m. Interment will follow in Horn Cemetery.
