Charles "Charlie" Richmond

Charles E. “Charlie” Richmond 74 of Amity died Wednesday October 21, 2026 in UPMC Washington. He was born on June 1, 1952, son of the late Orville H. and Marjorie M. Scott Richmond. He was born and raised in Amity, PA. He loved being a country boy. Charlie attended Trinity High School.

He had various jobs throughout his career such as truck driver, heavy equipment operator especially in road construction as well as his own trucking and construction business He attended Amity Methodist Church He was also a proud member of the Anawanna Hunting and Fishing Club while he was an avid hunter in his earlier life even once known by the name "Frank Buck"

Charlie loved camping, working on tractors, restoring golf carts, and hanging with his grandchildren. On August 14, 1976 he married Donna S. Jenkins with whom he has shared over 50 years of marriage. Surviving in addition to his wife Donna S. Richmond are three children Travis W. Richmond, Jackie J. Richmond, Kristy D. (Jay) Levers, brother Orville “Butch” Richmond, Marjorie “Sue” (James) Woods, Irene “Butter” Richmond (Tom Stock), three grandchildren Allison, Wyatt, and Jacob. Decease in addition to his parents are two sisters Mary Ruth “Mugs” Hupp, and Lois Jean Finney. Mr. Richmond was a very private person and it is requested that only the closest of his family and friends attend a funeral service on Monday October 26, 2026 at noon in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington, PA 15301.
