Charlotte L. Garrison, 73, of Washington died Friday July 10, 2015 at Washington Hospital. She was born in Spencer, West Virginia on January 13, 1942. Daughter of Romie and Minnie Bell Lattea Mace. She was a graduate of Washington High School and worked at Washington Hospital as a nurse's aide before retiring in 2009. Surviving are her loving children Rhonda Garrison McCleary, Edward C. (Vikie) Garrison, and Blaine Garrison all of Washington and her three grandchildren Marissa, Sasheen, and Shawna and a dear friend of Georganna Groves. She enjoyed playing the lottery. Arrangements are being handled by the Nichol Funeral Home, 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, PA 15301. Visitation and Funeral services will be private.
