Christy L. McDonald, 55, of Marianna died unexpectedly Saturday December 26, 2015. She was born August 20, 1960 in Washington, a daughter of Linn Weaver and the late Shirley M. Weaver. She was a 1978 graduate of Trinity High School. She then went on to cosmetology school and to become a medical secretary. She was working as a medical secretary for Tylerdale Family Practice. She also worked for Bank of America and as a beautician at Mikus beauty Salon and JCPenney Beauty Salon in Washington. She was a member of Muse Presbyterian Church. She loved going to baseball games and her dog Molly. Surviving in addition to her father is her longtime boyfriend Barry Palmer, brother Barry Weaver, sister Darla Burns, grandson Cameron Palmer, two nieces Nicole Burns and Shalinn Weaver, a great niece Peyton Burns, and a great nephew Cameron Burns.   Deceased in addition to her mother is an infant brother as well as her late husband John McDonald. Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at 11:00a.m. with Pastor Linda Mankey officiating. A dinner will follow at Lone Pine Social Hall.
