Darlene L. “Deanie” Daniels 91 of Richeyville died Wednesday February 18, 2026 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Crucible a daughter of the late Clyde A. and Lillian E. Kirby Miller. She was a 1952 graduate of Carmichaels High School. She then went on to attend typing classes at Waynesburg College. She worked at several pharmacies starting with Taylor’s Drug Store, Robinson’s Drug Store, Crucible Company Store and retiring from Centerville Pharmacy. She was a devout Christian. She was a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church of Fredericktown She enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Pirates, doing crossword puzzles, and reading her Bible daily. On July 16, 1959 she married Donald H. Daniels in Winchester Virginia. They spent 52 years of marriage, serving God, and loving their family together. They spent countless hours organizing, and working rummage sales and many dinners at their church. Deanie is survived by three children Michelle (David) White, Kim (Dickie) Nichol, Don (Cathy) Daniels, five grandchildren Missy (Kurk) Sergeant, Ashlee (Brett) Grandstrand, Jason White (Kelli Gingerich), Megan (Thomas) Archer, Heidi Daniels, seven great grandchildren Aleena, Bryce, Kirra, Lucas, Kurk, Matthew, Brooks, and special friend/sister-in-law Carole Miller.
Deceased in addition to her husband Donald H. Daniels, and her parents are siblings Clyde R. Miller (Faye), Nellie V. Bahajek (Joe), Harold Ray Miller (Lillian), Virgil T. Miller (Marlys), Roy D. Miller (Dolly), Gloria G. Miller Vrana (Bob), Norman S. Miller.
Family and friends will be received Friday February 20, 2026 from 2-8 P.M. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington, PA 15301 where funeral services will be held on Saturday February 21, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Tim Lindsay officiating.
