Sr and Betrice Loughman Pettit on December 1,1930 in Washington He was a graduate of Trinity high school as well as barber school Mr pettit worked for brockway Glass for 36 years as well as owned Dorsey Pettit's Barber Shop until 2011 He also worked at other area barber shops He was a member of VFW 927 of Washington Mr pettit enjoyed gardening, drawing, music, archery, CB radio, live theatre, and was an avid Steeler fan Surviving is his wife Robin B. Pettit, 2 daughters Pamela Welsbacher (Scott) of Nottingham Twp, Karen Pettit Pratt (Herb) of washington, a granddaughter Kaylee Lynne Cordisco of Springhill, Fl as well as 5 nieces and 5 nephews. Deceaded in addiion to his parents are a son Gary Allen Pettit, 2 brothers Ronald f. And William Pettit Family and friends will be recieved from 2-4 and 6-9pm Sunday in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 east maiden st. Washington where funeral services will be held on monday April 23 at 11:00pm interment will follow in West Union Cemetery greene Co.
