Herbert  H. Lindberg 81, of Amity died in his home on Friday July 2, 2021.  He was born in Washington,  PA  on August 5, 1939, a son of the late Gust and Marie Lindberg.  He was a 1957 graduate of Trinity High School.  Mr. Lindberg proudly served in the United States Army from 1963 until 1965.  He was employed at J & L Speciality Steel in Midland PA until his retirement in 2003.  He attended North Ten Mile Baptist Church where he was a choir member.  Herbert played Dartball   in the Washington Area Church Dartball league and the Fellowship Dartball League.  He was a member of the United Steelworkers.  He enjoyed fishing.

On February 16, 1963, he was married to Carol B. Lindberg.  They shared 50 years of marriage before her passing in 2013.

He is survived by one daughter, Rachel Lindberg of Amity, PA.
