Howard F. "Bud" Fisher 82 of Washington died Monday June 9, 2014 in Washington Health Systems. He was born in Washington on August 22, 1931 a son of the late Howard C. and Olive Auld Fisher. He worked for Brockway Glass Plant 7 for many years until his retirement in 1984. He also was a farmer, raising cattle and enjoying every minute of it. Mr. Fisher was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church for over 50 years. He enjoyed going to auctions, working with his cows, and loved his dogs. On August 7, 1965 he married Elva I. McCullough with whom he shared over 48 years of marriage. Surviving in addition his his wife Elva I. Fisher of Washington are two daughters Uneva (Carl) Pierce of Mt. Lebanon, Rebecca Fisher of Washington, two granddaughters Courtenay Pierce and Emily Pierce, as well as a sister Marie Cave of Clearwater, Florida. Family and friends will be received Wednesday June 11 2014 from 4-7p.m. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington. Private funeral services will be held at the family's convenience.
