James R. "Tex" Greene 43 of Marianna died Thursday March 24, 2011 in the Washington Hospital. He was botn in Waynesburg on January 16, 1968; a son of the late James Stewart and Sara Jane Trump Greene. He was a 1986 Bethlehem Center High School graduate and then attended Western Career and Technology Center to become an LPN. He worked as an LPN at Strabane Woods and more recently for Cynamed Inc. Mr. Greene was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Bentleyville. He enjoyed watching westerns spending time with family and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. On November 20, 1987 he married Lois Lohr Greene who survives. Surviving in addition to his wife of 23 years are two daughters Ashley Renee Greene and Autumn Marie Greene both of Marianna, a sister Jamie Lyn Conley of Westerville, Ohio, as well as 9 nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to his parents is a sister Brandi Michelle Woodall. Friends will be received from 11:00a.m.-9:00p.m. Sunday in the Nichol Funeral Home 1728 Main Street Marianna, PA 15345 where funeral services will be held on Monday March 28, 2011 with Rev. Andrew Scott officiating. Interment will follow in Buckingham Cemetery.
