Jay W. "Jaybird" Locy 61 of Washington died Monday October 24, 2016 in his home.  He was born on March 30, 1955 in Waynesburg, a son of the late Ray E. and Bernice D. Conolly Locy. He was a 1973 graduate of Trinity High School.  He worked as a laborer.  Mr. Locy is survived by three sisters Myrna Acklin of Houston, PA, Connie (Louis) Kloska of Washington, Karen Snedeker of Washington, a brother Randy Locy of Prosperity as well as several nieces and nephews.  Deceased in addition to his parents is a brother Howard Locy.  Family and friends will be received Tuesday October 25, 2016 from 4-7p.m. the time of funeral service in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington PA.  An online guestbook may be signed at www.nicholfuneralhome.com
