Joanne T. "Nunny" Davis 81 of Washington died Saturday November 5, 2022 in Premiere Health Center.  She was born December 11, 1940 in Washington, daughter of Pete and Emma Angott.  She was a 1958 graduate of West Greene High School.   She worked as manager at Troutman's, an administrative assistant in New York for Dr. Zivialli, Metro Glass, was a fireman at Corning Glass, which she was very proud of, and from where she retired.  Joanne was raised Catholic.  She attended Full Gospel Fellowship Church.   She enjoyed country music, playing dartball, bowling, traveling, roller skating, and dancing.  She loved reading her Bible everyday and her family.  Joanne collected roosters and chickens.  She is survived by her mother, Emma, son John and wife Marcie Efaw, daughter Carla Swoger, siblings Lois (Ray) Demilio, Dennis Angott, Donnie (Cheryl) Angott, Jeffrey (Sue) Angott, MaryAnn (Tom) Waltz Angott, 5 grandchildren Megan Efaw, Zack (Missy) Efaw, Krista Efaw, Haeleah Anderson, Chuckie Swoger, great grandchildren Julius Harvey, Zahir Moore, Ali Efaw, many nieces and nephews, and her best friend Sandy Skolyak.   Deceased in addition to her father Pete is her first husband John William Efaw Sr., granddaughter Jolene Anderson, sister Darlene Sharrow, brother Petie Angott.  Family and friends will be received Tuesday November 8, 2022 from 2-4 and 5-7p.m. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington, where funeral services will be held at 7:00p.m.   An online guestbook may be signed at www.nicholfuneralhome.com
