John A. Beddow 90 of Amwell Township died Saturday April 3, 2021 in Presbyterian Senior Care Southmont.  He was born in Washington on December 15, 1930, a son of the late Logan and Della Hillberry Beddow.  He was a graduate of Trinity High School and then went on to serve in the United States Army.  He retired from PennDot as a Truckdriver.  Mr. Beddow also drove school bus for many years.  On May 2, 1951 he married Ruth Conner Beddow with whom he shared 56 years of marriage before her passing on October 14, 2007.  He is survived by four children Kathy (Worley) McClellan, David (Barb) Beddow, Cindy (Jim) Bradbury, Mark Beddow, five grandchildren Eric McClellan, Summer (Jeff) Hayes, Jim (Heather) Bradbury, Amber Beddow, Kendra Beddow, great grandchildren Ashley (Danny) Mikolay, Camryn and Logan McClellan, Faith, Gavin and Dominic Amos, Havanna, Hunter, and Cassie Hayes, Tristan-James, Serenity and Destiny Bradbury, as well as a great great grandson Landon Hayes, as well as many nieces and nephews,  Deceased in addition to his wife and parents are a granddaughter Dana McClellan, sister June Leech, and two brothers Clarence and Logan Beddow.  At the request of the deceased all services are private and under the direction of Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington.
