Joyce Arlene Seighman 54 of Cokeburg died Saturday July 18, 2015 in the Washington Health Systems. She was born in Washington on July 1, 1961 a daughter of Kenneth Paul McCombs and the late Shirley A. Shriner McCombs. She was a 1979 graduate of Canon Macmillan High School and then went on to cosmetology school. She was a stay at home grandma and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She married Daniel Wayne Seighman on November 19, 1988 with whom she shared 20 years of marriage before his passing in 2008. She is survived by a daughter Brandy Michelle and husband Erik Braun of Washington, father Kenneth Paul McCombs of Evans City, formerly of Washington, two sisters Shelane Hancher and husband Leonard of Evans City, Dolly Kozak and husband Dave of Canonsburg, brother Owen McCombs of Ft. Lauderdale, grandson Lyoto Daniel Braun, as well as nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her husband are a daughter Melanie Marie McCombs, mother Shirley Ann McCombs, and a brother Kenneth Paul McCombs Jr. Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington where funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 22, 2015 at 11:00a.m. Interment will follow in North Ten Mile Cemetery.
