Kathleen Dulaney 63 of Colliers, WV died Thursday February 6 2014 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born in Madera, California on July 6, 1950 a daughter of the late Lawrence "Larry" and Rosemary Mendoza. She was a graduate of Madera High School, as well as went on to earn her masters in nursing. She worked at various hospitals while traveling with her husband in the military. She most recently worked at St. Agnes Hospital in California. She enjoyed volunteering with the VFW, especially for fundraisers to help disabled veterans. She coached her children's softball team from the time they were 6 years old until 18. She loved spending time with her grandchildren as well as her dogs. In August 1968 she married Kinsey Dulaney in Madera California with whom she has shared over 45 years of marriage. Surviving in addition to her husband are three children; Kimberly (Tony) Marqardt of Bakersfield, CA, Sean (Kimberly) Dulaney of San Francisco, CA, and Sarah(Bradley) Bohnisch of Madera, CA, sister Janice Jones of Fresno, CA, and six grandchildren. Family and friends will be received Wednesday February 12 2014 from 2-4p.m. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington. Private funeral service will be held at the family's convenience.
