Kathleen A. Mowery 62 of Amity went home to be with the Lord on Monday April 19, 2021.  She was born in Canonsburg on June 25, 1958, a daughter of the late John and Patricia Engle Kisko.  She was a 1976 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School.  She worked at Mayview State Hospital and then at Western Center until her retirement in 2009.  She was a devoted member of Arise Christian Fellowship in Washington.  She loved gardening, camping, and swimming.  On September 25, 1999 she married Lewis Eugene Mowery III.  Surviving in addition to her husband of 21 years are four sons Lewis Mowery, Jonathan (Breanna) Mowery, Nathan Mowery (Kaya) and Kaidon Mowery, sister Christine (Doug) Linville of Georgia, and Alan (Courtney) Kisko of Strabane, six grandchildren Adrianne, Jemma, Sophia, Skyla, Trevor, Avery, as well as many nieces nephews and a beautiful church family who will miss her very much.  Deceased in addition to her parents are a brother Timmy Kisko.  Family and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. in  Arise Christian Fellowship 682 Broad Street, Washington, PA 15301 where funeral services will be held on Saturday April 24, 2021 at 11:00a.m. with Pastor Tim Lindsay officiating.
