Keith Bell

Keith Bell, born September 12, 1965, in Washington, Pennsylvania, lost his courageous 10-year battle with liver disease on August 24, 2026 surrounded by his loved ones and his precious dog Mia.

Keith was the son of the late Glenn and Catherine Bell of Eighty Four, Pennsylvania. He is survived by three siblings, Glenn (Sharon) Bell of Eighty Four, PA; Jeffrey Bell of Eighty Four, PA; and Candace (Sue) Bell of Columbus, OH.

Keith was a 1983 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School. He later attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute, graduating in 1999. Throughout his life, Keith was a dedicated and hardworking man. He was a longtime employee of BP on McClelland Road in Canonsburg, GetGo on Wylie Avenue in Washington, and Denovus on Racetrack Road in Washington.

On August 6, 2005, Keith married his best friend, and the love of his life, Wanda Bell of Marianna, PA who survives. Together, they built a life centered around family, love, and the many memories they shared.

Keith was blessed with three children who survive: Bryan (Lauren) Bell of West Mifflin, PA; Brandon (Bethany) Bell of Myrtle Beach, SC; and Kayla (Adam) Fischer of Canonsburg, PA. He also welcomed and loved four additional children as his own: Deanna (Andrew Grover) Secillia of Valley Grove, WV; Johnny (Jennie) Secilia Marianna, PA.; Kristina (Hunter) Michael of OH; and Jessica(Greg) Secilia of Washington , PA.

Keith also shared especially close bonds with some of his nieces and nephews whom he helped raise and loved dearly: Glenn (Jess) Bell of Punta Gorda, FL; Amy (Ronnie) Tasker of Masontown, WV; Jennifer (Brian) Black of Port Charlotte, FL; Luke (Jennie) Bell of Wasilla, AK, Joel and Janelle Donahoo of Marianna, Pa; plus several other nieces and nephews.

One of Keith’s greatest joys in life was being a Pappy. He cherished each of his 11 grandchildren: Paige (Trent), Xavier, Bella, Lily, Max, Ella, Gunner, Jax, Wyatt, Josie, and Maddox.

In addition to his parents Keith is proceeded in death by his two brothers, Michael Bell and his twin brother, Kevin Bell.

Keith fought liver disease with tremendous strength and determination for 10 years. His journey was one of courage, perseverance, and an unwavering love for his family. Though his fight has come to an end, the impact he made on the lives of those around him will continue through the family he loved so deeply and the memories they will forever carry.

Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects on Thursday, August 27, beginning at 5:00 PM at Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, PA 15301, where a Celebration of Keith’s Life will follow at 6:00 PM. with Pastor Tim Lindsay officiating. 

Following the celebration service, family and friends are invited to join the family for a luncheon as we gather together to share memories, stories, and celebrate Keith’s life.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to CORE (Center for Organ Recovery & Education) / Donate Life in honor of Keith and his tremendous fight against liver disease and in recognition of the importance of organ donation or to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
