Leo E. Clutter 90 of Clarksville, died Monday February 08, 2021 in Lasosky Personal Care Home.  He was born September 07, 1930 at home in Greene County, son of the late Willis Clutter Sr. and Melzia Ealy Clutter. He worked for J&L Steel for 4 years, and then worked at Ball Glass for 38 years until they shut down and then worked for 3 more years at Murphy's Lawn & Garden. He was a member of Highland Brethren Church a lifetime member of the Independent Club and Anawana Club   He is survived by son Edward Zerby, stepchildren Cathy Christopher of Clarksville, Wilma (Todd) Rutherford of Eigty Four , Wanda (John) Hinnebusch of Eighty Four, step son in law Ronald Pritts of Washington,  four brothers George (Barb) Clutter of South Carolina, Roy (Sue) Clutter of Sycamore, Reed Clutter of Prosperity, and Larry(Joan) Clutter of Pennsburg 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.   He is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Clutter who died May 15, 2015, his parents,  daughter Sharon Zerby,step daughter Donna Gump, stepson in law William Hunter, grandson Fred Woods Jr., four sisters Lucille Katsaras, Margaret Amon, Lena Taylor, Nancy Adkins, five brothers  Fred, John, Lewis, Raymond, and Willis Jr. Clutter  Family and friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. in the Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington where funeral services will be held on Friday February 12, 2021 at 1:00p.m. with Rev.
