Linda Dunn Teed, of West Alexander, passed away Saturday January 3, 2026 at the age of 60. She was born Linda Ellen Dunn on October 4, 1965, in the family home on Ackley Creek Road in Richhill Township, Greene County, a daughter of the late Margaret Lu Ellen Clutter and Howard Eugene Dunn Sr.

She started school in the West Greene School District. After, the family moved to Washington County, Linda attended Trinity School District where she graduated from the Trinity High School Class of 1985.

Linda always loved being outdoors. As a child she had chickens, pet bunnies, kittens and puppies for her playmates. Linda rode ponies many ties at her Grandmother’s farm. As she grew up, Linda’s love of animals continued. She showed rabbits at the Washington County Fair and one year had the Champion Dutch rabbit. Several members of her family were hunters, including her mother and when she hunted with them, she shot a buck.

On December 7, 1990, Linda married David L. Teed who survives. Also surviving are their two daughters: Lydia Bedillion (Adam) and Shannon Faust Johannes). Her greatest joys were her grandchildren; Athena Ellen Bedillion, Nora Leanne Bedillion, Lucas Specer Bedillion, Casper George Faust, and Marcus Theodore Faust.

Surviving are two brothers, Howard E. Dunn Jr. (Susan) and John Dunn (Nicole), one sister Susan Davidson (Russell), a niece Jolyne Sicurella (Michael), a nephew Troy Davidson, and a great nephew Anthony Sicurella.

She was employed for many years at The Meadows Race Track where her job was feeding and providing care for horses. Linda owned a race horse and loved to watch it on the track. She had to stop working in the spring of 024 when she received a cancer diagnosis.
