Lori Ann Whetsell, aged 51, of Marianna, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, November 7, 2025. Born in Washington on April 8, 1974, she was the beloved daughter of Irvin B. Ross and the late Neva Ann Mandich Ross. Lori was a 1992 graduate of Bethlehem Center High School and furthered her education by earning her LPN at Waynesburg. She was also pursuing further studies through Colorado Technical University.

Lori had a passion for life, enjoying simple pleasures such as drinking Pepsi and watching her favorite TV shows, including Grimm, Charmed, and the original Incredible Hulk. She cherished spending time with her son, Cody, especially when watching paranormal shows like Ghost Hunters. Her loyal dog, Abby, was always by her side, providing companionship and comfort.

Lori is survived by her son, Cody W. Frameli of Marianna; her father, Irvin Ross of Marianna; and her first husband and father of her son, David W. Frameli of Donora. She was predeceased by her mother, Neva Ann Mandich Ross; her second husband, Paul Whetsell; her aunt, Billie B. Dulaney; and her uncles, William Rush, Robert Rush, and Earl Bert.

In accordance with Lori's wishes, no services will be held. She will be remembered fondly by her family and friends for her warmth, humor, and the love she shared with those around her.
