Lorraine Nowlin Palmer Rodriguez, 65 of Washington transitioned home on Thursday May 25, 2023 in Washington Healthsystem.  She was born in Waynesburg on October 22, 1957 daughter of the late Lonnie and Charlene West Nowlin.  She was formerly of Marianna and attended Bethlehem Center Schools and then graduated fromW.A.C.T.C..  She worked as an LPN for over 20 years at Washington County Health Center, now known as Premiere Washington.  She enjoyed thrift shopping, especially at Goodwill.  She leaves behind her three children Sharee Gross (Aaron), James Leo Palmer Jr., Nicole Logan (Dwight), six grandchildren Jordan Palmer, Bryce Mwenda, Madison Palmer, Nakayla Palmer, Alonni Gross, April Carroll, a great grandchild Jaakari Palmer on the way, four brothers Lonnie Nowlin III (Olivia),Lennie Nowlin (Linda), Ronnie "Kedo" Nowlin ("Daisy"), Kennie Nowlin, as well as several nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, and coworkers.  All services will be private and handled by Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street Washington.  An online guestbook may be signed at http://www.nicholfuneralhome.com
