Marcie Jo Fowler 49 of Washington formerly of New Jersey died Wednesday November 10, 2021 in Premiere Washington health Center.  She was previously in a nursing home in New Jersey since May 18, 2018 until Feb 28, 2020, when she moved to Premiere in Washington. She was born on November 1, 1972 in Riverview memorial Hospital in Red bank New Jersey, a daughter of Jack Lee Fowler and the Late Nancy Marie Tichnel Fowler.  She attended Morganville grade school and graduated from Marlboro High School.  She worked at a dentist's office as a secretary for over 15 years.  Marcie enjoyed going to flea markets, as well as to rock concerts.  She is survived by her father Jack Lee Fowler of Washington, Sister Cynthia Lynn Elston, Brother Stephen Glenn (Michelle) Fowler, paternal grandfather Earnest Glenn Fowler, as well as several nieces and nephews.  Deceased in addition to her mother Nancy Fowler are a sister Christina Anne Fowler, maternal grandparents Willis and Anna Tichnel, and paternal grandmother Ethel Irene Fowler.  Arrangements are private
