Mrs. Maryjo (Niverth) Barr, 72, of Marianna passed peacefully Monday March 7, 2022 in St. Clair Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA surrounded by loved ones. She was the wife of the late Andrew "Jack" Barr of Marianna, PA. Maryjo was a life-long caregiver spending many years parenting the Burgoyne children in Michigan. Throughout her life she also provided support for those recovering from addictions, caring for patients with long-term memory needs, and caring for the elderly. Her passions included gardening and cooking. Maryjo was an accomplished master gardener as well as a talented baker and chef. She was generous with her talents and love. Maryjo was also an animal lover having nurtured many lucky dogs throughout her life and a lover of political information. Most knew it was best to grin and agree (and she was usually right).
