Patricia A. Kelley 81 of Washington died Sunday July 20 2025 in her home.  She was born in Washington on October 26 1943 daughter of James E.  Sr. and Florence A. Lyle Tush.  She was a 1961 graduate of East Washington High School.  Patricia loved being a homemaker and all that came with it, cooking, gardening, being with family.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.   She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and step brothers.  Deceased is her husband Thomas F.
