Patrycia Becker

Patrycia J. “Pat” Becker 79 of Amity died Thursday January 29, 2026 in her home with her husband by her side. She was born in Pittsburgh on November 28, 1946, a daughter of the late Stephen and Jeanette Farla Milcic. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s Catholic High School. She attended Duquesne University and then went on to teach at St. Mary’s Catholic High School and other various Catholic schools throughout Pittsburgh for 25 years. She is Christian by faith. Pat loved to shop, especially through QVC, loved going to craft shows, auctions, and estate sales, collecting antiques and collectables. She also enjoyed going to the casino and looked forward to annual family vacation to Atlantic City. She loved her farm life and sitting on the porch looking at her beautiful flowers, birds, and animals. She was an animal lover.

On December 2, 1967 she married Richard Becker with whom she has shared over 58 years of marriage. Surviving in addition to her beloved husband are her sister Charlene (Bill) O’Neill, loving nieces Katie Hartmann and Megan (Matt) Starmack, brother-in-laws Jim(Barbara) Becker, Gene (Bert) Becker, sisters-in-law Mary Lou (Greg) Braden, Ruth (Buc) Witas, Fran (Rick) Martin, as well as several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her parents are sister in law Patricia and husband Ronald Hopkinson. Private funeral services will be held at Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden St Washington, PA 15301. A public memorial service will be held at a later date.
