Sandra L Minor, 61 of Washington died Monday December 28, 2020 in Washington Healthsystem.  She was born December 29, 1958 in Washington, a daughter of the late Herschel and Marilyn Toland.  She was 1976 graduate of Canon McMillan High School.  Sandra worked at Sams Club as an optical Manager.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.  She is survived by a daughter Kim (Justin) Mankey, son Dan (Jessica) Minor, a brother Jim (Lynn) Toland, sister Barb (Greg) Toland, 6 grandchildren Leah, Allison, Mackenzie, Jacob, Hoyt and Lelana, as well as several nieces and nephews.  All services will be private and  handled by Nichol Funeral Home 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, PA.
