William Edward Bush, 77 of Clarksville died Sunday November 24, 2024 in UPMC Washington surrounded by his son and grandchildren.  He was born in Washington on March 10, 1947, son of the late Ralph and Helen Lane Bush. He was a 1965 graduate of Washington High School and then went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps.  He worked as a coal miner for Bethlehem Steel Corporation.   Ed was a member of Marianna United Methodist Church where he served as a former Trustee.   He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America, enjoyed attending Marianna Senior Citizen Luncheons, loved spending time with his family, taking his grandson Jacob out to eat, fishing and watching Jeopardy.   He was an avid Pittsburgh fan, always cheering on the Pirates, Steelers, and Penguins.   Mr Bush also enjoyed computer games and was a big kid at heart. On May 31, 1969 he married Carol Ann (Roth) Bush with whom he shared over 50 years of marriage before her passing.   He is survived by his son Mark S. and wife Michelle Bush of Fredericktown, brother Michael Bush, sister Debbie Garrett, two grandchildren Nicole Grimes and Jacob Bush, and three great grandchildren Violet, Jonah, and Teddy Grimes.  Deceased in addition to his wife and parents are a sister Shirley Wolfe and two brothers Larry and Ralph Bush.
