Wilma L. Hardesty, 86, formerly of Marianna died Sunday September 23, 2018 at the Washington Premier Health Center, Washington, PA.

She was born December 13, 1931, in Richeyville PA, a daughter of the late Hobert and Margaret Kisner Howes.

She was a graduate of Centerville High School. Wilma enjoyed Baking, knitting and sewing.  She was a member of The United Church of God.

She was married June 29, 1951 to Vance Hardesty, who died January 17, 1990.

Surviving are a daughter Dr. Katherine Hardesty, California, PA and two sons Guy Hardesty (Jeanette), Kansas City, Kansas and Russell Hardesty, Eighty Four, PA.  Two grandchildren Russell Hardesty, Jr. and Gregory Hardesty.

Deceased in addition to her parents and husband are three Sisters: Louise Gordon, Helen Rhodes and Leona Grable and one brother Robert Howes.

Funeral arrangements and burial will be private.
